Catharina was born on August 18th, 1695 in Bracht (D).  Catharina's father was Anton Simons and her mother was Agnes Doemges.  Her paternal grandparents were Simons and Catharina? Simons?; her maternal grandparents were Reiner Doemges and Catharina Lürkens.  She had two brothers and four sisters, named Joannes, Heinrich, Gertrud, Cornelia, Gertrud and Elisabeth.  She was the second oldest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 63 on December 1st, 1758.
