Elisabeth was born on June 26th, 1747 in Bracht (D).  Elisabeth's father was Peter Hauser and her mother was Catharina Terporten.  Her paternal grandparents were Mathias Hauser and Agnes Deutgens; her maternal grandparents were Mathias Terporten and Christine Erkens.  She had three brothers and two sisters, named Mathias, Jakob, Johann, Maria and Catharina.  She was the fifth oldest of the six children.  She died at the age of 37 on August 16th, 1784.
