Joachim was born on February 8th, 1710 in Asselt.  Joachim's father was Sibertus Naus and his mother was Anna Spee.  His paternal grandparents were Joachim Naus and Helena Loeyens.  He had two brothers and four sisters, named Joachim, Hermanus, Mechtildis, Jacomina, Joanna and Helena.  He was the sixth oldest of the seven children.  He had two half-brothers named Joachim and Sibertus.  He died at 2 months old on May 5th, 1710.
