Petrus was born on March 15th, 1686 in Kessel.  Petrus' father was Hermanus Naus and his mother was Agnes Roeffs.  He had two brothers and three sisters, named Joachim, Michael, Anna, Anna and Mechtildis.  He was the fourth oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 74 on August 27th, 1760.
