Catharina was born in Bracht (D).  Catharina's father was Peter Gommers and her mother was Catharina Simons.  Her maternal grandparents were Anton Simons and Agnes Doemges.  She had four brothers and three sisters, named Johann, Johann, Anton, Anton, Agnes, Agnes and Maria.  She died on January 10th, 1782.
