Maria was born on July 29th, 1666 in Grubbenvorst.  Maria's father was Henricus Naus and her mother was Beatrix Wijnen.  Her paternal grandparents were Joachim Naus and Cornelia Schrijvers.  She had a brother and two sisters, named Winandus, Catharina and Anna.  She had a half-brother named Joachim.
