Christophorus was born on May 13th, 1707 in Swalmen.  Christophorus' father was Jacobus Meuter and his mother was Aldegondis Janssen.  His paternal grandparents were Albertus Meuter and Gertrudis Wittecreemers.  He had a brother and a sister, named Casparus and Elizabetha.  He was the youngest of the three children.
